Terms of service

The agreement for using Domain Health.

Last updated: November 1, 2026

1. These terms

These terms are an agreement between you and Secure Web Labs Inc., a Canadian company ("we", "us"), for your use of Domain Health at app.secureweblabs.com (the "service"). By creating an account you accept them. If you use the service for an organization, you accept them on its behalf and confirm that you are allowed to.

2. Your account

Give accurate information, keep your password private, and tell us promptly if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what happens in your account.

3. Acceptable use

Only add domains that you own or are authorized to monitor. Do not use the service to break the law, to harass anyone, to try to get around plan limits or security measures, to overload or interfere with the service, or to resell it without our written permission.

4. What the service does, and its limits

Domain Health checks domains on a schedule using public information such as DNS records, the certificates servers present, registry data and spam blocklists, and alerts you about problems it finds. These sources are run by third parties and are sometimes slow, unavailable or inaccurate, so checks can be delayed, incomplete or wrong. The service helps you notice problems; it does not renew domains or certificates, change your settings, or guarantee that every problem will be detected. You remain responsible for your domains, certificates and email setup.

5. Plans and payment

Every account starts on the Free plan. Paid plans and their prices are listed on our pricing page, in US dollars. Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, by card through Stripe, and renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. Prices do not include taxes; if taxes apply, they are shown before you pay.

If a payment fails, Stripe tries again for a period of time and your plan stays active meanwhile. If payment still can't be collected, your account moves to the Free plan.

We may change prices. We will tell you by email at least 30 days before a new price applies to your plan, and it will apply from your next renewal. You can cancel before then.

6. Changing plans and cancelling

You can change plans or cancel at any time from the Billing page in your account. When you cancel, your paid plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, then your account moves to the Free plan. If you have more domains than your plan allows, the extra domains are paused (kept, but not checked) until you upgrade or remove domains. Refunds are covered by our refund policy.

7. Your data

You keep all rights to the information you put in the service. We use it only to provide the service, as described in our privacy policy. You can ask us to delete your account and its data at any time through our contact page.

8. Availability and changes to the service

We work to keep the service running and accurate, but we do not guarantee that it will be available without interruption. We may improve or change features. If we ever stop offering the service, we will give account holders at least 30 days' notice by email and refund any prepaid amount for the time after it stops.

9. Suspension and closing accounts

You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, after telling you why where reasonably possible. If we close your account without cause, we will refund any prepaid amount for the remaining period.

10. Warranties and liability

Except as these terms say otherwise, the service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost revenue or lost data, and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws in your province that cannot be waived or limited by contract.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will post the new version on this page with a new date and, for significant changes, tell account holders by email at least 30 days before they take effect. If you keep using the service after that, the new terms apply.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Canadian province where Secure Web Labs Inc. has its registered office and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of that province, subject to any rights you have as a consumer to bring a claim where you live.
